1 Year!

Today Eric and I have been married for 1 year!

This year has flown by!

We have had so much fun, traveled many great places and learned so much about each other!

There is not a day that goes by that Eric does not make be laugh!

He is not only the funniest but, the sweetest, most caring man I have ever meet!

I am so blessed to be his wife!

Looking forward to a zillion more years of bliss!

The day was very eventful but, turned out to be the most gorgeous day ever!

After 1 month (plus) of waiting we have finally received out Wedding Pics!!! We absolutely love them! Thank gosh we are able to keep all of them. Maybe you have seen them, maybe you have not but, I know I just can't enough of them! Every time I watch the slide show I get all teary eyed! The day turned out Amazing!

To those of you who do not know it rained and poured for 2 days prior to the wedding! On the actual morning we were to get married the weather was forecasted for rain and hail! Around 9:00 I went down to the beach to meet the rental company who was to put with the tent, table and chairs. At this point there was absolutely no way this could be done. The rain was coming in side ways and there was a "pond" where my wedding was to take place. The helpers were to come back around lunch time to check out the scene and see how to proceed. During this time I went up to my room and watched the weather channel. It was not very promising!

Around 11:30 I happen to look outside and it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! THE SUN WAS SHINNING!!! About this time my phone ran and it was my best friend Carie screaming "the sun it out, omg the sun is out"!!!! Less than 2 minutes later Carie was at my room. We were jumping around in joy!

With the sun out it was time to get things set up and ready for a wedding. I was not the normal bride who lets everyone do things for her. I took myself down to the beach and helped get it ready for a wedding! There were jelly fish all along the shore! With the help of many friends and family we were able to get the beach cleaned and prepped for a wedding!

A couple hours later we were getting ready and taking a million pictures!

Oh, the blessings of prayer!

Stalking Neighbors Flowers

You know how I like to stalk the gardens of my neighbors?

These tulips just came up over the last couple days!

Aren't they gorgeous!

My tulips have not bloomed yet. I am thinking it's because of the light.

Oh, I love spring!

Weekend

This weekend was great!

On Friday we had dinner and then meet up with the "future" Hynes.

Saturday, we lunched at the boardwalk and then went to see She's Out Of My League.

This movies was so funny!!!

I would highly recommend it!

We are still laughing about it!

After the movie we went to O'Brian's for a black and tan.

Every time I have one It makes me think of Boston and all of the great times we have had up there.

Afterwards we went down to Fat Daddy's.

We played pool, which Eric beat me in and then I kicked his butt in the

bean bag toss and field shot!

ha!

On Sunday we woke up to snow!

It was crazy! It's March!

After watching it snow for a while we went to church and then to Piccadilly, for lunch with the fam.

The rest of the day was spent inside... in the warmth!

On Sunday we had a surprise visit from Stowie Estelle

and her Mom, Bevin!

We were so excited to see them!

Oh! I miss this sweet face!

I forgot how much Stowie loves Mardi!

Mardi was so sweet to let her hug and squeeze him.

It was fun getting to see the two of them!

We miss them so much!

Weekend

This weekend was beautiful!

Too bad I did not feel so hot!

On Friday, we went to dinner with The "future" Hynes.

During dinner I started to feel worse so, afterwards I came home and got in bed.

I stayed there until Sunday morning.

I was very happy that Sunday was a pretty day!

We completely forgot about the time change! We woke up so confused!

Sunday lunch was at Keith and Christi's house.

Christi made chicken enchiladas! They were sooo good! I have to get her recipe!

Sunday afternoon Eric and I spent the day playing with the dogs in the backyard.

We even grilled hamburgers and had some friends come over!

There were even some special guest that showed up!

I will blog about that once I upload my pictures from my camera

On Wednesday I had to do a training for a new office.

Luckily it was in Monroe. Is it weird that I like going there?

I mean, It's just because they have a Forever 21!

I love that store!

They always have such great, cheap stuff!

Except this time.

A lot of the stuff looked cheap (it was) and was way too short for this 28 year old!

(yes, kate I have grown up a bit)

Anywho, I purchased this great comfy shirt.

I just busted out in laughter, because when I went to the site to find the picture, I looked under dresses.

HAHA!

I thought it was a dress! Don't worry I plan to wear with jeans!

Although..

It would be a cute dress...

I bought a couple other items but, could not find them on the site.

Another great steal I got was a linen suit jacket for 15.00!

WOOT!

Ok, got to get back to work.

Covering for another Ae today so, that's double the work load!

The weather that last couple of days has been very nice...

Spring Shopping!

What a beautiful day it has been!

With the sun shinning so bright, I figured I should purchase some spring clothes.

I walked into Old Navy and it was like there was a rainbow in the store!

All of their spring clothes are out!

I was soooo excited!

Here are a couple of things that I purchased.

During the spring and summer I wear A LOT of dresses!

They just work best for me.

I can wear them to dinner with friends or to work with a cardigan... and pearls :)

Now hopefully it will stay sunny and get warmer and warmer from here on out!

Also, when I was checking out the girl told me that on tomorrow they were going to be marking a lot of the cotton dresses down to $20.00!!

I guess I have to go back tomorrow....

Same Shirt Different Day

For Brendan's Birthday, Eric and I got him this Super Brendan T-shirt.

Now every time I see him he is wearing it!

On Saturday we went by to visit with the kids.

Upon arrival we saw Bren in the front yard running around like he was flying.

On Sunday we went out to Mom's for lunch and guess what Brendan was wearing?

In his words "Super Hero" shirt!

If you ask him what it says he will say, "Super Hero"!

Funny Mardi

Today I was in my office working when I heard a loud racket coming from the kitchen.

When I rounded the corner this is what I found...

Apparently, Memphis had eaten all the food and there was none left for Mardi.

ha!

He wanted to let me know so he banged on the food bowls, moved them around and sat behind them!
