A glimpse...

Of what the nursery will look like...
I love Jenny Lind Cribs! To me they are classy and timeless.
We decided to get 2 in white.
I love them!
Eric's parents picked them up in Tyler and surprised us by bringing them over.
I was taking a nap and woke to a house full of guest and our cribs in the babies room.
I was very excited!
My friend Casey is great with color. She helped me pick the colors we will be using in the room.
The pink will be on the ceiling. It has a very high gloss, so it will have a glassy metallic look.
The walls will be in Mystic Beige. We decided to go with something with a little warmth.
The 2 colors look great together!

I knew I wanted to Chandelier for the room. I had narrowed it down to 3 and then decided upon this one. I love how it has a small amount of pink on it.
My Aunt offered to buy our Chandelier and Rug.
We are very thankful!

The painter comes on Monday. I am looking forward to getting this process started.
It's so much fun!
I want to have everything done before I get a lot further into my pregnancy.
That way I can be hands on.

My belly seems to get bigger as the day goes by. In the mornings it's a lot smaller than it was the night before. It's werid.

Our Babies Names

Ruby

and

Mable

Eric and I always knew we would name our little girl Ruby, but when we found out we were having twins we started trying to think of a second name.
Mable was a name that I had heard on the radio one day and then the next day saw it on TV.
I loved the fact that they both were not common names.

Ruby was one of Eric's Great grandmothers and come to find out Mable is actually a family name as well! Mable was a great aunt.

We can not wait to meet our sweet little girls, Ruby and Mable!

Now we have to figure out middle name

:)

17 week appointment!

Today we had our 17 week Dr. appointment.
Everything went great!
I did gain 2 pounds!! That has me at a total of 4 gained.
I'm sure when it starts getting more, I will refrain from telling you the amount gained.

Babies heartbeats look great, 150 and 141. A is weighing 7oz and B 6 oz.
That's where that 1 pound came from!! :)

The U/S tech did some measurements today and everything was right where it was suppose to be.

We talked with the Dr. about our delivery goal, as to when they would be here. Goal is 36 weeks. With them being girls he feels that 36 weeks should give them time to grow and be ready to come into the world. We just hope and pray that they do not come before, but if they do we know that they will be in great hands!

We go back to the Dr. in 3 weeks. From then on we will see Dr. Jones (our high risk Dr.) and Popwell. Dr. Jones will just assess me and make sure the babies are growing like they should and make sure I am not showing any signs of pre term labor.

So far so good!

Below are a couple pics of our babies.

Even though they are in 2 seperate sacs you can see how close they are.
If you look closely you can see the sacs in each picture.

It's... excuse me, they.. are ....

Baby A
Baby B
B did not want to have her picture taken. Out of 20 pictures, we got 3 of her.

Baby A is a .......... GIRL!

and Baby B is a .............. GIRL!

I can not believe it!

My heart is overjoyed with the thoughts of 2 little girls!!
We already LOVE them so much!!!

I of course did take part in the http://www.remembernguyen.com/ sale!
Everything is 40% off!
I really did not go crazy shopping like I thought I would.
We still have a nursery to decorate!
One with 2 beds, 2, mattress and 2 bedding sets!
Oh and curtains and rugs and so much more!
whew!

During the last couple days Eric and I have had so many sweet emails and phone calls from friends and family.
We feel so blessed to have people that love us and our babies so much!

Both babies had the same measurements and their heart rate was exactly the same, 143.
In one of the u/s pictures the babies were face to face.
It looked like they were loving on each other, even though they are in 2 separate sacs.

Thank you so much for the prayers!
Keep em' coming! We have a long way to go!

Yay for Eric!

I am so very proud of my husband!
He just received a well deserved promotion!!
I have never meet anyone that works as hard as he does!
He is always going the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy, even if that means working a million hours a week.
His devotion has now paid off.
Congrats, Eric!
I am so very proud of you!
