Last Time
This was our second time to go this week! We went on Tuesday for a Birthday Celebration.
M&R really like their rice!
I'm sure we will stop by when we are in town for some Sour Cream Sauce.

11 Months!
You two are the sweetest little girls. You both are all over the place! We try to keep you in the living/dinning area, by closing doors and putting up a baby gate. As soon as I open a door, you both crawl as fast as you can to try to get through the it. You both are always smiling. You can be playing with a toy and just start laughing like its the best toy ever. You both now have said, Mama. Thank goodness! I was getting worried for a while. :) You are getting to the point where you are outgrowing your jumperoo. Not because you are too big, just because you get upset when I put you in it. They have been one of my favorite baby items. I think you would agree. You both love real food. I started putting food on your tray before feeding you baby food and you normally fill up it before me feeding you. Once we finish up the baby food we have, I do not plan on buying anymore. It's going to be all finger foods for you girls. I also started putting a organic cow milk in your bottle. I am gradually adding more and more and decreasing the about of formula. You both love it! Daddy tasted it, and said it was very good. I also have been giving sippy cups more and more, normally just with water. I doubt you will be bottle free by the time you are 12 months. I am in no rush, although not having to deal with Dr. Browns bottle pieces will add at least 20 mins to my day. This week you have been sleeping until around 7:15, vs waking up at around 6:30. I am sure you will wake up bright and early in the morning now that I wrote that. Even if you wake up around 6:15 we do not get you out of bed until 7:00. This is something we have always done. It has made it so you do not cry when you wake up. You normally just play in your crib or talk to each other. You girls have your own little language. You love each other so much. You play very well together, but do get upset if your toy is taken from you. This is something we will have to work on, since you will always have to share with each other.
Mable, you are sassy, funny and a ball full of energy. You are constally laughing and cheesing. Not just smiling, cheesing!!! You have 8 teeth and like to show them off. You are still in a size 3 diaper, but can fit into a 4, so you will be moving up soon with your sister. You have a new thing where you put your hands in daddy and I's mouth. You think it's funny. When ever I hand you and your sister something I always say, thank you. You have just started repeating me. It's not by any means thank you, but it's two syllables and you say it the same way every time. You were always so hard to feed, and now you stuff food in your mouth. Whatever I put on your tray you eat. You are still smaller, by at least 3 pounds. Your eye is much better. It only turns outward every so often. Once we get in Houston we will take you to the eye Dr. there, to have it checked out again. Last time we went they said it was looking better and to keep watching it. I think you will be walking soon. Yesterday you went from one toy to the other. Mae, you are a sweet sister to Ruby. Daddy and I love you so much!

Last Day Of MDO
Mae and Rue loved playing with all of their friends and clearing the shelfs of toys.
We hope to find another great school in The Woodlands.

It's official!
Eric took a job working for a competitor, Baker Huges. We put the house on the market and it sold in less than a week. This summer we upgraded most of the house, so that helped.
We are excited about this new adventure! It's bittersweet, because we will miss all of our friends and family.
We found a great house, that we fell in love with. We are looking forward to our new adventure!
Here is a picture of the front of the house. There will me a lot of tree trimming going on. As well as planting and some painting of the inside.
We are really excited! Looking forward to a new year in our new home.

Sippy Cups
I noticed a couple of our friends had these sippy cups that sort of looked like a sports bottle. I looked all over and finally found some.
As you can tell, the girls love them! They actually drink out of them! They still drink their milk out of their bottle, and will until they get better with the cup.
One step closer to being a big girl! Tear!

Our Christmas Tree
Everyday I let the girls touch it. They just smile ear to ear! Ruby normally goes for the skirt that's around the bottom. I learned my lesson with letting her touch it. There was glitter for days on each of us, including sister.
Mable touches to tree, then looks at me to make sure it's ok. I wish she did this with other things, like cords, the fireplace, ect. :)
Babies, we hope you like your first Christmas Tree!

Advent Candle
After the lighting we took the girls to the nursery. We normally keep them in church with us. Gosh! Why did we not do this before!? Eric and I were able to snuggle on the church bench and enjoy coffee after the service. I know where the girls are going next Sunday! :)
We felt honored that we were asked to light a candle during advent.
